Approved more than 1 billion Bs for mayoralties and governorates of the country

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, approved on Tuesday additional resources for one billion 10,263 million bolivars for all the mayoralties and governorates of the country, as well as for the Government of the Capital District, to cover operating expenses and salaries.
«Request for additional resources at the end of the year to cover the requirement in terms of salaries, labor benefits and expenses of functions, Capital District governorates and mayoralties of the country, for one billion 10 thousand 233 million bolivars», said the head of state.
During a meeting with the more than 300 Bolivarian mayors elected on December 10, 2017, the President also approved 500,000 petros for more relative expenses for the conversion, for all the municipalities of the national territory.
On the occasion, the president urged the rulers of the entire national territory to deepen the organization and ties with the people to consolidate the People’s power.
