The National Constituent Assembly (ANC) ratified in the exercise of its functions to the members of the Citizen Power, conformed by the Attorney General of the Republic and President of the Moral Republican Council, Tarek William Saab, the Comptroller General of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Manuel Galindo, and the Ombudsman (E) Alfredo Ruiz.
Likewise, the Original Constituent Power ordered the restructuring of the bodies of the citizen’s power, especially of the Public Ministry, after the inaction of its previous holder in its constitutional functions, Luisa Ortega Diaz, which caused an institutional crisis due to punishable events where presumably several of its members are involved.
Likewise it approved the creation of a commission in charge of enforcing the decision of the plenipotentiary body, which will be presided over by Constituent Elvis Amoroso.
In the coming hours will be published in Official Gazette the constitutional decree on the ratification of the members of the Citizen Power.
