The best way for the European Union to contribute to Venezuela is to nullify the unilateral coercive measures that do so much harm to the people.
The Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Félix Plasencia, made reference to the matter, in response to an article published by Josep Borrell, about the economic situation and the observation mission in the last elections:
“Stop acting as policemen of the world, and dedicate yourselves to attending the issues that concern European citizens”, wrote the chancellor via Twitter.
The article does not contemplate the implications of the measures against Venezuela, in any matter.
