The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted on Sunday the work of the brigades of the “Somos Venezuela” (We Are Venezuela”) Movement (MSV), who give to each community all the support that the Bolivarian Revolution provides:
“The Somos Venezuela Movement has the responsibility of seeking the most heartfelt needs of our people. Their young brigadeers come to each municipality, parish and community to provide the loving embrace of the Bolivarian Revolution. With our youth, we shall overcome!”, wrote the head of state in his Twitter account.
The message of the National president is accompanied by an audiovisual material that shows the work of the young brigadeers through the Venezuelan communities.
Ángelo Avendaño points out that through social cartography they “locate people who require the benefit of humanized delivery, breastfeeding, (Elders social mission) In a greater love and, together with the organizations that make life in the community, we articulate the social protection of everyone”, he said.
The MSV, a tool of the National Executive, is responsible for incorporating the inhabitants of the most vulnerable sectors into social protection programs through the Patria card system, with the purpose of counteracting the effects of the economic war on the Venezuelan people.
