Following the call of President Nicolás Maduro, the Ministry of People’s Power for Alimentation guarantees food security to overcome the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States.
This was reported on Tuesday by the holder of the Alimentation portfolio, Carlos Leal Tellería, during his participation in the “No More Trump” campaign that takes place in the Bolívar Square in Caracas.
“Following the call by President Nicolás Maduro to produce to overcome, from the Ministry of Alimentation we tell the people that human rights are guaranteed amidst the criminal blockade of the United States (…) By the hand of Nicolás Maduro, the organized people and the Bolivarian Militia will guarantee food security, we will guarantee the Clap combo with national production”, he explained.
He also highlighted the integration of the Bolivarian Militia in the process of distributing food to Venezuelan families.
On the other hand, he stressed that the process of collecting signatures against the coercive and unilateral measures imposed by the United States against the nation is a process of loyalty to the Revolution and Commander Hugo Chávez:
“Beyond the signature, it is a feeling of rejection, repudiation and loyalty to revolutionary, socialist values, anti-imperialist principles and the legacy of Bolívar and Chávez”, he said.
