The vice president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, denounced on Saturday that the Venezuelan right wing was at the forefront of the sabotage that paralyzed operations on line 1 of the Caracas Subway System last Friday.
“The extremist, fascist right wing, meets for the destruction of Venezuela. In a meeting they decided to attack public services, and yesterday line 1 of the Caracas Subway System suffered a sabotage», she said during a tour at the Sovereign Field Fair held in the El Paraíso parish, in Caracas.
Rodríguez praised the work of the workers, who managed to restore the commercial service in record time.
She also indicated that while the Venezuelan right wing does not cease its attack on the Venezuelan people, the Bolivarian Revolution continues to work to bring the greatest amount of happiness possible:
«They attack the National Electric System to leave our people without electricity, without transportation, without water, but the Bolivarian Revolution works along with the people, carrying food, medicines, well-being», she said.
A cut on a high voltage cable near the La Paz substation was the reason why the commercial operations of line 1 of the Caracas Subway System were paralyzed last Friday.
