This Sunday, the Great Mission “Chamba Juvenil” (Youth Job) celebrates four years of intense activity providing protection and integral support to young Venezuelans.
Regarding its foundation, on June 20, 2017, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro, highlighted through a message posted on his account on the Twitter social network @NicolasMaduro, that this program was created “amidst the fascist violence that tried to break the peace”, referring to the guarimbas (riots) of 2017.
“I decided to create the Great Mission Chamba Juvenil to enhance the energy and work capacity of the youth of the Homeland,” he added.
The Great Mission Chamba Juvenil was relaunched last May with the inclusion of seven work points and the goal of including 2,500,000 young people in productive and educational plans.
In this regard, the national president reaffirmed that the revolutionary administration will continue to provide protection and support to guarantee the future of young people.
Among the new lines of action of the Great Mission Chamba Juvenil, has been established the creation of a data registry by the Patria System, as well as the organization of 24,000 Chamba Juvenil brigades to register young people.
Likewise, the incorporation of 250,000 new young people to all the programs of the National Institute of Training and Socialist Education (Inces) and inserting 200,000 into the labor field is instructed.
Productively, providing financing support to 300,000 young entrepreneurs and producers and socially executing a housing plan.
