Maduro celebrates 70th anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights

On the occasion of celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, ratified on Monday the commitment of the Bolivarian Revolution with the protection and compliance with international standards:

“We celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, reiterating the commitment of the Bolivarian Revolution to the protection and compliance with international standards. Together we can guarantee the peace of the peoples”, wrote the national leader in the Twitter social network.

On 1948 was decreed December 10 as the Human Rights Day by the General Assembly of the UN, an argument that was elevated as a Universal Declaration and that is why a day as today are celebrated the defense and respect of the rights of the human beings, regardless of their social status, creed or race, among others.
