MSV will visit homes to register pregnant women in the Humanized Childbirth Plan

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, indicated on Tuesday that the “Somos Venezuela” Movement will be deployed throughout the country for house-to-house visits, in order to recruit pregnant women to join the Humanized Childbirth Plan.

During a meeting where he evaluated the progress of the social protection system, he explained that the movement will visit each Venezuelan home on November 16, 17 and 18, along with the Great Mission Barrio Adentro.

“We will take the Humanized Birth Delivery Plan to the Mission level, and we will go up from 124 teaching spaces to 1,000 teaching spaces”, he said, while emphasizing that this plan should be at the center of the Revolution’s social effort in the Homeland Plan 2025.

Similarly, the national president asked to incorporate 20,000 new community promoters, to reach the goal of 30,000 promoters of the Humanized Childbirth Plan.
