Venezuela will attend in November OPEC and non-OPEC countries meeting in Dubai

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed this Monday that the meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) held last Sunday in Algeria, has been a success:

“There has been a total success and a new victory in the agreements that wethe OPEC and Non-OPEC countries made concrete; the price of oil rises fairly and the leadership of Venezuela in the decision-making in the large spaces is strengthened”, said the national President during a meeting with the sectorial vice presidents at Miraflores Palace.

He thanked the support of Russia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and all the partners of Venezuela for the achievement of an increase in oil prices that would allow the country to become a world leader, when is developed the Program for Economic Recovery, Growth and Prosperity.

The minister for Petroleum, Manuel Quevedo, indicated that they established to meet again in November and December to stabilize the oil market for 2019.
