The President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, ordered on Saturday to expel from the police corps those officials who are immerse in the economic war against the people, which is expressed in grabbing, boycott, usury and the diversion of the products, declared or not as staple necessities, especially food.
«We must expel them out of the institutions. I have given express orders to the companions in charge of all these institutions; This is not a simple process, to just change them. They must be out!. A thorough, real, concrete cleansing», said the national president from the Presidential Command Post of Miraflores Palace, in Caracas, where he conducted a video conference with patriot Governors.
The Head of State said that these «corrupt» officials do a great harm to the country. «There is police corps complicity, by officials, who believe that having some money (that way) they will benefit, and (instead) they are doing harm to the community, to the cities, the people and the country. They are doing a great harm. Bandit and corrupt officials», he told in a broadcast by Venezolana de Television.
He called on the people to be guarantors of their rights and to report any irregularity. «Only the people can save the people», he said.
