The candidate for the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Delcy Rodríguez, assured that the Constituent Assembly «Is the immediate solution to the situation of violence and the internal conflict with a warmongering identity that they try to impose from imperial centers».
During her participation in the «Con Amorín» (With Amorín) program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV) Rodríguez said that «despite adverse circumstances, the Caribbean Community has proved to be a block of respect for sovereignty», despite the differences existing with some of its Governments.
In this regard, she said that the United States was the only defeated Government of the 47th General Assembly of the Organization of American States, held from June 19 to 21.
She reiterated that the attacks against the Venezuelan social model are generated by imperial forces through the multiform aggression, the economic blockade and the international media siege.
«We brought to the OAS the truth of this inclusive and successful political model. That group of Governments that nowadays, because of their political and ideological intolerance, pretend their intervention, can be given lessons regarding the political model», she said.
Finally, she said that the opposition insists on not acknowledging diversity: «The Venezuelan opposition does not acknowledge the political diversity (…) hence their rejection to the ANC».
