He added that the Organization of American States (OAS) is not the best scenario, since it has already assumed a position, «It is not even mediocre or conciliatory, but a position against, is not the best scenario.» In his opinion, the best scenario for the national dialogue is what has been developed so far, with the participation of the Vatican, the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) and the former Presidents.
