Acting President Delcy Rodríguez reaffirmed that the Amnesty Law must be applied to achieve unity and reconciliation among all Venezuelans, by referring that it is underway a national consultation process regarding this legal instrument:
“This process pleases me very much,” she manifested during a productive journey at the Río de Oro Food Processing Plant in the Baruta municipality of Miranda state, where she verified operations in each of its areas of action.
In that context, she urged all sectors of the country: “Let’s all work together for this Amnesty Law and let’s also add the Program for Democratic Coexistence and Peace, where, despite our differences, plurality, and diversity, we can meet together.”
“But let us meet with respect. What Venezuela wants is to work, to advance, Venezuela wants to overcome the difficulties and wants to definitively defeat the illegitimate blockade against our country,” she stressed.
