The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced that the country recorded an economic growth of 7.14% during the second quarter of the year, placing it at the forefront of the Latin American region.
The statement was made during a visit to the «Valmy» cosmetics and personal care production plant, where she highlighted the consolidation of the national economic model and noted that this recovery process has translated into a projected 25% increase in consumption between 2025 and 2026:
«This recovery is taking place within the framework of Venezuela’s economic growth—growth that leads the region, Latin America, and South America—standing at 7.14% during the second quarter,» as detailed the Head of State.
Strategic dialogue with the productive and labor apparatus:
Within the framework of these actions toward national development, the President led this Wednesday a work meeting with the main spokespersons from the country’s labor unions, guilds and business sectors, aimed at evaluating strategic issues focused on consolidating labor stability, social peace, and the nation’s productive development.
During the journey, the dignitary advanced that the country is undergoing a continuous process of economic recovery and pointed out that 91% of national revenue is allocated to labor benefits and the social protection system of the Venezuelan people.
