Venezuela and Türkiye strengthen strategic partnerships after fruitful meeting in Istanbul

The President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, described as extremely productive the recent bilateral meeting with the President of the Eurasian nation, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

During this formal exchange, the Heads of State reviewed the dynamic agenda of bilateral cooperation, reaffirming the bonds of brotherhood and friendship that have strengthened reciprocal trade exchange. The Venezuelan Head of State emphasized that this work visit is part of a joint effort to deepen the schemes of complementarity and personally thanked the hospitality of the people and government of Türkiye.

The President in Charge highlighted that the country is making steady progress towards diversifying its economy, presenting itself to the world not only as an energy power with vast reserves, but as a Nation with full potential in key areas such as mining, transportation, agribusiness and trade, driven by a people who are building their stability and peace in a sovereign manner.
