The President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, held a work meeting with the Economic Cabinet with the aim of strengthening public policies for the economic recovery and prosperity of the Nation.
She was accompanied by the Sectoral Vice President for Economy and Finances, Calixto Ortega; the Minister of People’s Power for Economy and Finances, Anabel Pereira; the Minister of People’s Power for Hydrocarbons, Paula Henao; the President of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Héctor Obregón; the Executive Vice President of PDVSA and Vice President of Planning and Engineering for Petróleos de Venezuela, Giovanni Martínez; and the Vice President of Finances of Petróleos de Venezuela and also Vice Minister of Finance, Cristian Hernández.
This meeting clarified the roadmap for the «Renacer 2026” (Rebirth 2026) executive plan, whose objective is to establish the horizon for national development, the expansion of productive forces, the demand for the definitive cessation of the Unilateral Coercive Measures (UCM), as well as political peace and, consequently, the state of social welfare of the Venezuelan people.
Venezuela is nowadays an epicenter of global geopolitics due to its vast energy reserves, a secure partner for major national and international investments, with a model of diversified economy that relies on national unity and the contributions of the country’s productive sectors to position itself as one of the strongest economies in the region.
