Bolivarian Government congratulates Algeria by 62 years of Revolution


The Venezuelan people is a fan of that heroic emancipating revolution that would be an example of solidarity for the sovereign struggles of the South, therefore the Bolivarian Government congratulated the Algerian Revolution for its 62 years of release of European colonialism.
Following is the full communiqué from the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs:
The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Venezuelan people and Government, congratulated the Algerian people for commemorating the 62nd anniversary of the Algerian Revolution, a date on which the Algerian people, with great effort and sacrifice, starts a victorious war of liberation against the European colonialism.
The independence struggle of the Algerian people remains latent and serving as an inspiration to a large number of progressive movements, pan-Arab and pan-Africanists from all continents.
The Venezuelan people is an admirer of that heroic emancipatory Revolution that would be a example in solidarity for the sovereign struggles of the South.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela reaffirms the deep and strong ties of friendship that unite our peoples and also reiterates its commitment to continue working on strengthening and deepening of bilateral relationships forged by Commander Hugo Chavez in the framework of South -South cooperation, and towards a multipolar, multi-center world, of balance and peace.
