Constituents will visit public powers in defense of the Constitution


In order to report on the journeys of visits that will meet at the headquarters of the public powers, whose activities seek to ratify the commitment to defend the Constitution.
Elvis Amoroso, constituent of the Homeland, said that these visits will find a constitutional way for understanding and a solution to the conflicts that may arise.
In this regard, he rejected the actions of opposition deputies at the National Assembly (AN) and specifically of its directors board, who have tried to pass laws on which the Supreme Court of Justice has found illegality. “The National Assembly has to abide to the highest court of the Republic,” said Amoroso, from the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) in Caracas.
He also said that these irregular actions of the Parliament are intended to generate an irregular situation in the country.
“We reject strongly, the anti-juridical, unconstitutional actions that has had the National Assembly”, he said, while adding that they seek to harm the peace of Venezuelans.
The constituents will make a tour of the Judiciary, Citizen, Electoral and Executive powers. Also they are scheduled to meet with the Secretary General of Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro; as well as the Secretary General of the United Nations (UN), Ban Ki-Moon; and representatives of the Vatican State.
