From the “Parque Simón Bolívar” Convention Center, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced the creation of the Installation and Operation Guide for the National Hall of the Popular Government System, with the main objective of maintaining a direct connection in all the states of the country, to issue a national offensive and advance for the well-being of Venezuelans.
This information was provided during the installation of the High Level Workshop of the Popular Government, where he highlighted that more than 5,338 Communal Circuits are in the territory, and more than 48,000 Communal Base Councils are representing millions of families.
He also indicated that from today each Communal Council will have its Self-Government Chambers, in order to maintain a People’s Power concentrated in the territory, since with this created document, the starting point of self-transformation is promoted:
“We have advanced in the concept of the construction of a new popular, democratic State, of planning and of direct government with the People’s Power”, pointed out the head of State.
The Venezuelan President stressed that with this workshop, the guidelines and paths are being sealed to launch the simultaneous offensive with the 7T Plan that will mark the 6-year period, and the Homeland Plan that was written by the hand of Commander Chavez in 2012.
In this context, the Dignitary instructed the following:
– First place: For the workers of all the organs of the central administration to go to the territory to work and debate with the people the 7T Plan, and in turn, develop the action plan and concrete agenda.
– Second place: To advance in the formation of Communal Cabinets, so that popular governments are built in the territory.
On the other hand, he pointed out that these rooms are command centers of all policies, of the government, of all the great missions, of the 1×10 System of Good Government and of the national articulation with all the territorial people’s power.
