President Nicolás Maduro reported on the development of a public consultation in the context of the Seven Transformations Plan (7T), with the aim of formulating a specific project for each of the country’s communes and communal circuits.
During his speech, President Maduro highlighted the importance of popular participation in this process:
“On February 22, Vice President, all of us, all the ministers, all the Great Missions, the entire People’s Power, the PSUV and the Great Patriotic Pole, we are going to the 5,334 communal circuits to go and make the concrete 7T plan of the territory”, he instructed.
The President emphasized that this consultation seeks to gather proposals that will allow for the further implementation of the Plan that will be approved by the National Assembly at the end of February.
