The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that the Public Ministry carried out 381 new reviews of measures linked to the events of July 28, which adds up to 1,896 releases.
Through a communiqué, the head of the Public Ministry reported that the measure is part of the permanent update of the investigations that he is carrying out with the help of the Judicial Branch.
The statement reads that 381 reviews were requested and agreed upon on January 16 and January 24, 2025, which added to those previously processed give a total of 1,896 releases granted.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office remains within the framework of respect and unrestricted observance of the principles and guarantees enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic.
