In support of the operational training of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, presided over the ceremony of the Deployment of the “Escudo Bolivariano” (Bolivarian Shield) 2025 exercise, with military maneuvers that demonstrated the military strengthening of the Nation.
This new popular, military, police exercise was carried out with an exceptional level in the strategic, operational and tactical aspects, which allows optimization in its different phases, the interoperability between organized people, military units and Citizen Security Organs, deploying with greater synchronization multiple weapons systems and mixed Rapid Reaction Units (URRA).
In this exercise, operations were carried out that will guarantee the military defense and internal order of the country, thus ensuring the operation of basic services and the security of strategic facilities, and at the same time, supporting security in cities and borders throughout the geographic space of Venezuela.
In this context, the Commander in Chief of the FANB, mentioned through his Telegram channel, last Sunday, that the first Escudo Bolivariano 2025 exercises on January 22 and 23, are carried out for the defense of sovereignty, borders, coasts, cities and vital elements of the country.
It is important to highlight that with the expansion of the simultaneous seven great transformations (7T), the purpose was set to continue with what the Constitution establishes, since the third line of the 7T refers to guaranteeing the security of the national territory, the defense and peace of the country.
