The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and the Venezuelan people, express their gratitude for the words of support expressed by the spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Esmaeil Baqaeien, against the interference of the United States, according to the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Yvan Gil, through a publication made on his Telegram channel.
In it, he noted that the Government of the North American nation intends to repeat failed strategies of the past and assured that Iran and Venezuela will continue united in their fight for a world based on peace and justice.
Baqaeien’s publication, on social networks, expresses that Iran rejects any foreign interference in Venezuela and considers that such actions violate international norms and undermine peace in the region.
It also denounces US interference in Venezuela, which seeks to destabilize the country and undermine its democracy; it reiterates its support for the legitimate government of Head of State Nicolás Maduro and condemns the illegal sanctions that affect the Venezuelan people.
