Venezuela and Trinidad and Tobago extend bilateral agreements


The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, held a meeting on Thursday with the Minister of National Security and Communications of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Stuart Richard Young, to expand the agreements that both nations maintain.
“I welcomed at the People’s Palace Dr. Stuart Richard Young, Minister of State, National Security, and Communications of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, with whom I talked about the expansion of the bi-national cooperation and exchange agreements”, he wrote on the Twitter social network.
Earlier, the Minister of Trinidad and Tobago held a working meeting with the Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, with the purpose of strengthening binational alliances.
Likewise, he held a meeting with the Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Nestor Reverol, in which was discussed the strengthening of security protocols on the border with the Caribbean island.
