The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, through his official account on the Telegram social network, congratulated the girls and boys who make up the Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV) on their 16th anniversary of struggle and battle.
The head of State congratulated the sixteen years of permanent learning and loyalty to Commander Hugo Chávez, and also stated: “You are the present and the future of the Bolivarian Revolution and the Genial Generation that has been assuming the vanguard in defense of the sovereignty and independence of Venezuela.”
“I am confident that with your strength, joy and truth you will transform the country in everything that is necessary,” he added. The youth organization aims to organize, train and incorporate Venezuelan youth into revolutionary political activism to radically transform society, working to overcome the forms of exploitation, exclusion, marginalization and discrimination that affect young people.
It is worth noting that the JPSUV was created to energize and democratize the everyday spaces of the youth world and to assume anti-imperialism, the fight against poverty and hunger, direct, leading and participatory participation, the fight against corruption and bureaucracy as the only possible way out to express the Bolivarian ideal.
