Venezuela ratifies will for energy cooperation with India

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, reported this Saturday that she held a meeting with the Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar; and with the Minister of Oil and Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri:

Within the framework of the bilateral agenda, we held an important working meeting with the Minister of Oil and Natural Gas of the Republic of India, Hardeep Singh Puri. We express the greetings of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and the will to continue advancing in relations of brotherhood and energy cooperation, in favor of our peoples.”

The senior official also held a cordial work meeting with the Chancellor of the Republic of India, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar: “We reiterate our willingness to continue strengthening ties of friendship and cooperation that result in the sum of achievements for the common benefit.”

It is worth mentioning that Rodríguez participated in the closing of the 9th Economic Conclave of India, Latin America and the Caribbean, a space in which she pointed out that Venezuela is re-emerging from the worst blockade in the country’s republican history.

Finally, she pointed out that the lifting of the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States government and the European Union (EU) against Venezuela will be an act of justice.
