ALBA-TPC denounces new coercive measures by the US and Europe against the Nicaraguan people

The member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas – Peoples’ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) condemned the recent announcement of unilateral coercive measures that violate International Law by the Government of the United States and the Council of the European Union against Nicaraguan citizens and institutions.

Through an official statement, the Executive Secretary of ALBA-TCP calls on the international community to denounce this type of interventionist actions and ratifies its support for the national reconciliation government of that nation chaired by Daniel Ortega as decided by the Nicaraguan people in the latest elections.
