President Maduro: Human Rights Organizations remain silent regarding arrests in the US

President Nicolás Maduro once again expressed his solidarity with American students who demonstrate in favor of the Palestinian people, but who are being brutally repressed by the government of their country:

My solidarity with those youth, with the students of the universities of the United States who demonstrate in favor of the Palestinian people,” said the president while denouncing that the police forces have entered more than 70 universities in that country to arrest peaceful protesters.

In this sense, he recalled: “We made constitutional the inviolability of the university campus in Venezuela. The universities are inviolable here by law, by the Constitution”, which is why another of the accusations by the Washington authorities against human rights in the country falls.

Regarding human rights, President Maduro reflected that in the face of the brutal detention of students, professors and even presidential candidates on university campuses, human rights organizations have remained silent:

They have no morals to talk about human rights in Venezuela,” said the president about the constant accusations from US government officials that form a campaign against the country.
