Jorge Rodríguez said Leopoldo López is “a coward and a liar” after his escape from Venezuela

This Monday afternoon, the head of the “Darío Vivas” Campaign Command, Jorge Rodríguez, referred to the escape of Leopoldo López from Venezuela and his recent arrival in Madrid, Spain. In that sense, he described the right-wing member as “a coward and a liar”.

He assured that both the leader and his wife left Venezuela “after they said they would not leave.”

“While they ask for sanctions (to the country) they go to live the dolce vita in Spain”, he said.

Election simulacre:

Regarding the simulacre carried out this Sunday in the face of the parliamentary elections on December 6, Jorge Rodríguez reiterated that the expectations of the National Electoral Council (CNE) were exceeded:

“It was the largest participation in an electoral simulacre in the last 5 elections”, he insisted.
