The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, celebrated the increase that the country has had in tax collection, which speaks of the good health of the national economy:
“The increase in collection is related to the growth of the economy, with greater collection efficiency, and is the basis for the recovery of the social welfare State for the recovery of labor and social rights,” said the president in his ´Con Maduro ´ program.
He contributed that according to the recovery in income from tax collection, it will allow the internal needs of the people to be quickly satisfied and build a robust social security system for workers.
Commenting on the more than 114 billion dollars collected between January and April 2024 by the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (Seniat), the president highlighted that Venezuela is building a new economic model.
