More than 500,000 movements have been made since the Special Journey of Enrollment and Data Updating of the Electoral Registry began.
Alexis Corredor, president of the CNE’s Civil and Electoral Registry Commission, reported that the journey will conclude on July 15, 2021, that is, citizens can update their data according to their place of residence, and new voters can also be incorporated.
Rector Alexis Corredor, recalled that since the journey began on June 1, a thousand points were activated throughout the territory, the states with the highest demand are Zulia, Miranda, Aragua, Capital District and Anzoategui. The people of Carabobo and Lara states have shown special receptivity.
The only requirement to update data and register in the Electoral Registry is the identity card, even if it is expired.
