The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez held a work meeting with the President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Luis Arce, as part of the 2023 Amazon Summit, which takes place in the city of Belém Do Pará, in Brazil, where they exchange experiences to consolidate integrated and sustainable cross-border cooperation actions.
Likewise, they reviewed the agenda that allows guaranteeing a secure Amazon region of peace with a more humanist plan. The representatives of both nations also take the opportunity to evaluate and strengthen the integration agenda. Both nations maintain agreements in the areas of justice, cultural heritage, information, education, air transport, health, mining, productive development, foreign trade, science, energy and hydrocarbons.
Vice President Delcy Rodríguez brings the greetings of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, as a sign of the good relationship that exists between Venezuela and Bolivia. Both endorsed their willingness to strengthen cooperation in various areas in the different relations, in order to deepen their ties of friendship and complementarity.
