Venezuela prepares export route to place products in Colombia and South America

«I say to the Venezuelan businessmen who stayed to work and love Venezuela, set aside 20% of your production and with the support of Banco de Venezuela, the Ministry of Finance and the institutions, let’s build the export route for all industries in the country, so that they export 20 or 30% of their products. That is money that comes in and the route is already being made!”.

This was expressed by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, when urging the private national business community to think big, now that in the second semester the Bolivarian Republic will again break the record in economic growth, while the rest of the world announces economic recession in their countries.

From the Military Circle of Venezuela, where he set up the 2022-2023 School Expo Fair, with public and private national companies, the head of state verified the national production in various areas, which he predicted will be promising for export, thanks to the competitive conditions of the country industries;

We will give good surprises in the weeks to come and we will have the borders open and free for movement. We are going to the total border, step by step, safely, it is the agreement made with President Gustavo Petro, from Colombia”, he advanced.

«You, who love Venezuela and stayed to produce and are successful, let’s think about the exporting vocation… Let’s prepare ourselves for that exporting vocation, I insist on the subject”, he reiterated.

He noted that the Venezuela of four or five years ago, with the border conflict facing enemy sectors, depended to a great extent on petrodollars: «Today’s Venezuela, with the opening, is different and Venezuela has export offers, which means that we want to place at a good price in the markets of Colombia and South America”.

Today we will export 20 and 30% and you will remember these words: later on you will export 60% or more and that will generate income, well-paid, quality jobs. Write it down!”, He predicted, optimistic and forceful.

The executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, informed President Maduro on the statistical figures that are being handled on the expected growth for the end of 2022.

«For the second semester we will have extraordinary double-digit numbers, because if we compare the country with other nations, Venezuela with double-digit growth will have an extraordinary event in the face of the blocked economy,» she summarized.

«Better days are coming… the main thing is that in national unity we overcome the worst difficulties,» she stressed, pointing out that the growth of private industry generates shared optimism.

The head of state celebrated the informative report and ratified that the growth and development of the real economy of Venezuela is due to the efforts of all, in a productive unit.

Recalling the contradiction of 120 years, when in the country the so-called «oil jet» pushed aside the great majorities who had to overcome daily suffering, at that time there was no blockade or imperial persecution and national production, what was done in Venezuela, was also abandoned and destroyed.

Everything was imported, shirts, pants, underwear, food, the nourishings, everything was imported. It was the time of petrodollars, you paid two or three times the price, but it didn’t matter. It was the time of the (iconic phrase)ta`barato, dame dos(“it’s so cheap, give me two”). We became famous in Miami (as buyers)”, he recalled about that time when the oil culture deformed the culture and the future of Venezuelans.

Economists even identified this economic deformation as the «Dutch disease», due to the high foreign dependency.

We are rapidly emerging from this Dutch disease, from this dependency, and the only way to build a diversified economy, also multipolar, with high technological development, that satisfies all internal material needs, with an export vocation, the only way to build it is with the union of all those who work and produce, of all Venezuelans to shape the future”, concluded the head of state.
