Since the day it was launched, the 1×10 system for Good Governance has received a total of 2,547 denounces for effective attention to the population’s problems.
This was announced to the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during a special live program, broadcast on the president’s social networks on Facebook, Instragram and TikTok, where he opened a telephone line to attend to particular cases personally.
Together with the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, he specified that of the 2,547 denounces, 1,585 refer to drinking water problems, 532 to health cases and 430 to education:
«The 1×10 is the key to connect us with the problems that people have on their corners”, said President Maduro and said that with this system the blockade of bureaucracy is beginning to be broken.
During the first minutes of this special program, President Maduro attended to two complaints personally, the first from a resident of Hoyo de La Puerta, in Baruta, Miranda state, who asks that the water supply in her community be attended to, and another from an inhabitant of Guacara, in Carabobo state, who requests that CANTV’s telephone and Internet service be restored in her population.
