COVID: Venezuela registers 14 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 14 cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, one of which arrived from Turkey, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 522,564 cases. The community cases detected correspond to Zulia (10), Falcón (8), Miranda (7), Anzoátegui (4), Bolívar (2), Aragua (2), and Caracas (1).

This was announced this Wednesday by the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

On day 780 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, no deceases were recorded to maintain the total number of deceases to date of 5,709. The number of recovered patients is 515,819 and there are 1,036 current active cases.
