It is appropriate to investigate Luis Almagro, secretary general of the Organization of American States (OAS), for being jointly responsible for the coup d’etat in Bolivia and defender of the de facto government of Jeanine Añez.

The Venezuelan Chancellor recalled that Almagro is an official of the inter-American system who verified that in Bolivia, during the de facto government, serious human rights violations occurred.
This Tuesday, August 17, 2021, the Interdisciplinary Group of Experts of IACHR delivered a report in which they confirmed that there was a coup d’état and crimes against humanity were committed.
