The Great Mission Quadrants of Peace – made up of officials from police corps and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) – has eight vertices of action, in order to strengthen security in the country, as said on Wednesday the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

“Every person has the right to protection by the State through the citizen security bodies regulated by law, against situations that constitute a threat, vulnerability or risk to the physical integrity of people, their properties, the enjoyment of their rights and the fulfillment of their duties,” said the Venezuelan head of state during a balance of the Peace Quadrants.

In statements broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, the National President stated that, in addition to the eight vertices of action; they are complemented by 59 strategic lines and 640 programmatic lines.

These eight vertices are: Comprehensive prevention for life and peace, Fight against corruption, organized crime, illicit drug trafficking and terrorism, and Transformation of the Criminal Justice System towards communal justice.
