This Thursday, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, denounced that sectors of the right wing are negotiating the Venezuelan wealth with contracts, of which the evidences will be made public:
“They already have a first and last name in Europe and the United States. They have negotiated for our homeland”, she specified.
However, she emphasized that Venezuela is for the Venezuelans, “Never for foreign powers, and even less for an occupying force”.
This was declared during a session of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) in which she presented the Draft Law on Annual Indebtment and Operational Plan 2021, whose investment exceeds 76% in the area and social programs.
She recalled that the economic war has meant the loss of income and efforts by the Venezuelan State and that the unilateral coercive measures exercised by the US administration are an attack against workers.
“An attack against the workers. But the people did not give up and here they are fighting with a sacrifice for the homeland. We are willing to do this and much more to defend Venezuela”, she said.
On the other hand, she stated that the US Congress has approved two laws against the country and the government of that nation, seven executive decrees; more than 300 unilateral coercive measures and the confiscation of Venezuelan assets abroad.
