National government strengthens national productive apparatus

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, confirms his support for the strengthening of production in the country’s regions.

In Guarenas, Miranda state, the governor of the entity, Héctor Rodríguez, inaugurated the “Santa Rosa” coffee roaster, which adds to the more than 4,000 companies that work in that state.

Along these lines, Rodríguez added that this company has three production lines: one dedicated to commercialization in the community market, the next is the sale of gourmet coffee in the national market, and the last line aimed at exporting the product.

Likewise, he stressed that it is estimated that half a million coffee plants will be sown in November, which will be added to the 160,000 bushes of this category that are found in six nurseries in Miranda state’s highlands.

In the interaction with the Venezuelan Head of State, the Governor stated that work should be done on the articulation of the entrepreneurs with the scientific sector, municipal and regional authorities, to strengthen and improve productivity in the nation.

President Maduro, with regarding the proposal of the governor of Miranda state, urged the economic team to “break the bureaucracy”, as well as to provide solutions with the “support of scientific knowledge”:

“The construction of a sovereign, self-sustaining, powerful, diversified economy is in our hands, we have the technology, the knowledge, the capacity, the working class, the business sector”, he said.
