National Dialogue Board installs complementary tables of political, electoral and economic parties

The National Dialogue Board set up the electoral, economic and political parties table on Monday to establish a schedule that provides answers and solutions as soon as possible to the country.
The announcement was made after the meeting by the spokesman by the Government, Francisco Ameliach, who stressed that during the journey an agenda was prepared for the discussion of the formation of a new National Electoral Council (CNE).
Three fundamental issues were raised: Retake the system of proportional representation, discuss broad guarantees for international observation in the elections and discuss, at the complementary table, everything related to the creation of the new CNE.
Ameliach also announced that the work table corresponding to the economic area will be chaired by economist Jesús Faría; the table for the political parties will be in charge of the Sectoral Vice President for Social and Territorial Socialism of Venezuela, Aristóbulo Istúriz, and the electoral table will be directed by the Sectoral Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez.
“From these tables will come proposals within the organic laws and the Constitution. We cannot go over the Magna Carta”, he clarified.
