As part of his work agenda that brought him to China, the president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) arrived in Moscow, Russia, with a view to strengthening cooperation between the two peoples:
“We are now in Russia, where we had a very important meeting with the president of the State Duma, Viacheslav Victorovich Volodin”, said Cabello in his account of the Instagram social network, @dcabellor.
“This # OCT17 the high-level delegation, headed by the president of the ANC, @dcabellor, arrived in Russia to strengthen alliances with the Euro-Asian nation. His agenda began with a meeting with the president of the State Duma, Viacheslav Victorovich Volodin”, was added.
Cabello thanked “the words of full support for the people of Venezuela, for resisting the pretenses of domination of the US empire and the inhuman economic blockade”.
At the work meeting, Cabello highlighted the conversation he had with Volodin “on the fruitful cooperation in different areas between our countries”.
The president of the ANC is accompanied by a delegation composed of his wife, Marlenys Contreras, constituents, and members of the National Directorate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).
