The head of state, who is in Cuba, stated that the homeland of The Liberator Simón Bolívar is going through a path of great experiences, and with the current G-77 + China Summit we are experiencing a historic moment.
During his participation in the G-77 + China Summit, the national leader stated that the circumstances are in place for the peoples of the south to rise up as sovereign and independent nations, and thus conclude “this century as peoples free of colonialism.”
