The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, informed on Monday that thanks to the effort of the Bolivarian Government, is advancing with efficiency towards the goal of 100% schooling throughout the national territory.
In an act in which was celebrated the beginning of the 2019-2020 school period, held from Miraflores Palace, the President said: “We are going to move towards a 100 percent schooling, the goal of the 2025 Homeland Plan”.
He reiterated that Venezuela is the only nation that guarantees a free, quality public education to the student population, while promoting a comprehensive care policy through the delivery of supplies, computers and uniforms.
The goal of 100 percent schooling has as a purpose to serve children and young people who are not enrolled from 0 years of age, allowing that, through the Bolivarian education system, they are included in order to receive the quality education that all children require.
This project was launched by President Nicolás Maduro, motivated to continue with the inclusion of all those who need to be trained, as well as to provide study spaces in prioritized areas of difficult access, where there is no school nearby.
