The US seeks to affect the distribution of CLAP

The US blockade seeks to affect the distribution of food products made by the Bolivarian Government through the Local Committees for Supply and Production (Clap), as informed the Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreza.
Through his account on the Twitter social network, the diplomat wrote “The illegal blockade of the Trump administration is so perverse, that it intends to affect the capabilities and distribution of the CLAP, an essential policy for the Venezuelan people. From the coup-plotting opposition they applaud these measures against their own people”.
On several occasions, the Minister for Foreign Affairs has also denounced the devastating effects of the blockade imposed by the US Government against the people of Venezuela, especially the impossibility of transferring the necessary financial resources to continue the health program that takes place in Italy with 25 children, as well as in other countries.
Chancellor Arreaza denounced to the United Nations, the serious violation of human rights committed by the Donald Trump government through coercive and unilateral measures that also prevent the acquisition of food and medicine to meet the demand of our country.
