Moncada: USA is setting a trap against Venezuela

The ambassador of Venezuela before the Organization of the United Nations, Samuel Moncada, denounced on Thursday that the last measures taken by the US government of Donald Trump, seek to mount a trap against Venezuela.
During an interview with RT, Moncada said: “In Venezuela there is no danger, no formal war. There is total peace. The US says there is danger to aircrafts. What are they looking for? What are they planning? What is the trap that comes after this measure?”
“I ask the world to be alert. The US wants to blackmail and create fear of flying to Venezuela. Why is it dangerous to fly through Venezuela?” He said.
He emphasized that Venezuela is a safe country, a country at peace, there is no danger nor any evidence of danger. “So let them demonstrate what the evidences are, but they do not show them”, he emphasized.
Moncada reiterated his warning about the decision of the American supremacist government that prohibited the flights of private and commercial airplanes from the United States to Venezuela for alleged danger: “They are up to something, and thus I am alerting the world. Please, let’s see what the US is up to, because we have already seen many cases in the past of these traps they are setting up”.
It is important to remember that this Thursday the Trump government invaded the Venezuelan embassy in Washington, an action that openly disrespects International Law and the Vienna Convention.
