North Korea condemned the attempts of coups d’etat that foreign countries intend to take against Venezuela, through a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Asian country:
“Any attempt by external forces to remove a legitimately elected president, in accordance with the Constitution of a sovereign State, is an undisguised interference in internal affairs”, as quotes Hispantv, from a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country, where they refer to the situation in Venezuela.
It considers as “a flagrant violation of international law” the interference of those countries in Venezuela’s internal affairs, and emphasizes that the Latin American country must resolve its affairs in a peaceful manner.
Also, North Korea expressed in the statement its support for the Venezuelan government to the nation. “People from all over the world who aspire to justice and peace will always support the Government and the nation of Venezuela to safeguard their sovereignty and stability”, it stressed.
