Escarrá: The right wing wants to get rid of Maduro

Hermann Escarrá, a constitutionalist lawyer, said on Tuesday that the intention of the opposition right wing is to seek to get rid of the constitutional president Nicolás Maduro by means of violence, because they know that through legal means they will never be able to do so.
Nicolás Maduro is the constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, as reiterated the constitutionalist lawyer to those who intend to usurp functions of other powers such as the members of the National Assembly.
He recalled that the National Assembly has not only disowned the judgments of the Judiciary branch, but has also disowned the Electoral Power, the latter responsible for the electoral process in which the deputies of the Venezuelan Parliament were elected and proclaimed; they disown the Executive Power and the Sovereign Power, the people; reason why the Supreme Court of Justice ratified, yesterday Monday, that the acts of AN in contempt are null.
He also denounced that “attention points are being sought to assault the power, so that Nicolás Maduro is not occupying his rightful place as president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, legally elected by the people”, he said.
Escarrá, during the “Dando y Dando” (Taking and Giving) program, broadcast by RNV, reiterated that the opposition wants to generate social unrest and chaos, to create an environment conducive to Nicolás Maduro’s ousting from power. Finally, he stressed that the National Assembly has not had nor has the power to convene open meetings.
