The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, gave a welcome to the Christmas on yesterday, Thursday, at Miraflores Palace, headquarters of the National Executive, in Caracas.
A living nativity scene, staged by boys and girls, located in the Honor Courtyard of the Presidential Honor Guard (GHP), welcomed the Head of State, who was accompanied by the first combatant woman, Cilia Flores.
In a video posted on his Twitter account, Maduro thanked the love of his people and asked God “to give us blessings of peace and happiness, for our children, who deserve our permanent effort”.

The Head of State recognized the loyalty of the military family of the Honor Guard, whom he thanked for the hard work done during 2018: “Today, is more valid than ever the slogan We will live and Overcome”.
