Maduro ratifies willingness to talk with President Donald Trump

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, arrived on Friday at the Maiquetía International Airport, after his participation in the 73rd session of the UN assemblies held in New York City, United States:

“Here we are, and we are victorious. It was an important trip for the Bolivarian diplomacy of peace, Venezuela has taken to the UN its policy, its strength, its message, its strategy, its geopolitical vision” expressed the National President.

He reiterated that Venezuela should cultivate relations of brotherhood and friendship with the people of the United States, and thus bet on a future of respect and understanding, within the framework of the Bolivarian diplomacy of peace:

“If someday there were conditions for a meeting between President Donald Trump and me, I would be ready to meet, wherever and however. If that were to happen, many things would change, the possibility of a meeting would be very positive”, he said.
